Mr. Muhammad Afzal has graduated from University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore. He joined Nova CSS Academy, Islamabad to prepare for the psychological tests and the final interview. Al-hamd-u-Lillah, the guidance provided to him by Mr. M.S. Mazhar and other faculty members enabled him to clinch 5th position in the CSS examination-2010. He joined Police Service of Pakistan as ASP.
