Description: Mr. Touheed Rehman Memon S/O Munawar Ali has achieved a Master Degree in Public Administration from Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad. He is a very studious and determined person. He qualified the CSS Exam in 2012 but could not rise high on the merit list, he got allocated to the 41st Common Training Programme. But he did not lose heart and reappeared in The CSS Examination once again in 2013 which he qualified again to get allocated to the Police Servive of Pakistan. |
